About Andrew

Meet Andrew Bearden, our Operations Manager in Tennessee who brings over 12 years of experience in youth development and a strong background in non-profit leadership. As the founder of Bridge the City, a Gainesville, Georgia-based organization, Andrew dedicated himself to serving unhoused individuals, addressing food insecurity, and supporting families facing socioeconomic challenges. In 2022, he transitioned into the mental health and trauma recovery field, where his passion for creating meaningful impact continues to thrive.

Currently part of the Operations team, Andrew is committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and clients. He believes in the transformative power of hospitality, approaching each day with the intention to “show up” and create a healing experience for everyone he encounters. With a deep desire to see excellence and enjoyment intersect in the workplace, Andrew emphasizes the importance of combining professionalism with a sense of fun.

In his personal time, Andrew enjoys grilling on his Weber charcoal grill, discovering live music in Nashville, and loyally cheering on his Atlanta sports teams—even when they test his resilience.
