Lucretia graduated from nursing school in 2015, where she developed a passion for serving underserved and misunderstood populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders. Her commitment to these communities stems from a deep desire to make a meaningful difference, whether large or small. One of Lucretia’s greatest professional achievements is witnessing clients achieve sobriety and supporting them on their recovery journey. She believes this success is fostered through holistic nursing, which addresses the entire person mind, body, and spirit. As part of a multidisciplinary clinical and medical team, she excels in conducting patient assessments, performing intakes, effectively communicating with providers, and advocating for patients to ensure they receive the resources and support needed for successful treatment.

Lucretia is a firm believer in the power of teamwork and strives to contribute to a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient care. If she cannot directly resolve an issue, she is determined to find someone who can, underscoring her dedication to client advocacy.

Motivated by personal experience, Lucretia’s work is deeply tied to her own journey. Having lost loved ones to the opioid epidemic, she understands the importance of compassion and the transformative potential of a second chance at life.
