Meet Ryan Conn, our primary therapist who has been dedicated to the field of addiction treatment since 2017, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to his practice. Over the years, he has served in various critical roles, including counselor for outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs, as well as an inspirational Recovery Court liaison and sober housing manager.
In his current role, Ryan specializes in both group and individual therapy. His group therapy expertise includes Art Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Psychoeducation Therapy. Through individual therapy, Ryan employs a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and client-centered practices that support self-mastery. His therapeutic approach focuses on understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact a person’s quality of life, aiming to identify and elevate each client’s personal strengths.
Ryan is deeply committed to facilitating positive change in individuals suffering from addiction. He addresses each client’s unique challenges as part of a dedicated, caring multidisciplinary team, striving to help clients achieve long-term sobriety and improve their overall well-being – mind, body & spirit. Outside of his professional life, Ryan enjoys all things outdoor such as hiking and spending time at the beach, he often plays frisbee with his border collie, Bowie. Ryan also has a passion for exploring the world and traveling. He also engages in various forms of therapeautic art, including photography, sculpting, and woodworking.
